HPA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for holiday locum tenens coverage in Marquette, Michigan.
The provider will work four 12-hour shifts from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
, alongside 1–2 Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Expected volume is approximately 12–15 patients per shift plus handoffs
. The APP works in the main Emergency Department and may cover Provider-in-Triage responsibilities when patient volume requires.
Candidates must have previous Emergency Department experience treating adults and children
, an active Michigan license, Michigan controlled substance license, DEA and required life-support certifications.
Compensation: $130/hour regular and $150/hour on Christmas Day. Approved travel reimbursement and malpractice coverage are provided in accordance with assignment guidelines.
