American Traveler is hiring an RN
- Operating Room Circulator for a day-shift role requiring prior OR circulating experience and an active MI RN license.

• Operating Room unit with 3 OR rooms and a procedure room
• Surgical department offering general, gynecological, ENT, GI, ophthalmological, orthopedic, podiatry, and urological surgeries
• Supports outpatient and inpatient surgeries for adults and children
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Uses CPSI EMR system
• Day shift, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM (9-hour shifts)
• On-call only on weekends
• 10-11 days of call required per month

• Active MI RN license required at time of consideration
• Compact license not accepted
• BLS certification required
• Previous OR circulating experience required
• Ortho, OB-GYN, and General surgery experience required
• PACU experience preferred
• Urology and ophthalmic experience preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred

• Deliver quality nursing care through application of the nursing process
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards
• Follow medical center policies, mission, and standards of practice per professional and regulatory guidelines
• Hospital-provided scrubs required
• Surgical team supports emergency surgeries 24/7
• Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius are considered local travelers with adjusted pay rate
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
