Day 8;9 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8a-5p or 9a-6p
· Urgent Care Clinic
· Wisconsin state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).
· Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
