American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an Emergency Room position requiring 1+ years of ER experience and an active MI RN license.
Requirements- Active MI RN license required at time of submission
- Compact licenses not accepted
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS (AHA), TNCC, and ENPC
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Work in a fully equipped Emergency Department with 8 private treatment rooms, 1 trauma bay, and 1 observation bay
- Treat a full range of emergency patients including trauma and advanced adult and pediatric life support cases
- Floating to Med Surg required as needed
- Uses Evident CPS EMR system
- Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients of all ages including trauma and critical cases
- Matching scrubs required
- Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers and subject to reduced pay rates
- No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
