CNA – LONG-TERM CARE
- 2+ years of Long-Term Care (LTC) CNA experience – Required.
- Active Michigan CNA credentials.
- AHA BLS certification – Required.
- Michigan LTC fingerprinting completed is a plus!
- Assist nursing staff with patient care and treatment under the direction of nursing leadership.
- Support patients with daily care needs in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide patient- and family-centered care.
- Maintain high standards of performance and contribute to a positive patient and family experience.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members.
- A strict three-strike attendance policy applies. Three absences or instances of arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in immediate termination. Qualifying circumstances, such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting documentation, may be reviewed.
Required:
- BLS – American Heart Association (AHA).
