Assistant Gardener Responsibilities- Assist volunteers with the care of Cranbrook’s gardens during the season.
- Weeding, edging, planting, pruning, trimming, and general clean‑up of garden areas.
- Previous gardening experience is helpful.
- A valid Michigan driver license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
- Part‑time seasonal positions:
- Position 1 – May – November 2026, 20 hours per week
- Position 2 – June – August 2026, 20 hours per week
- Position 3 – May – November 2026, 8 hours per week
- Pay rate: $16.50 per hour.
- The position will work under the direction of the Gardener and Auxiliary Gardens Management Chair.
