Landscaper

Position Overview

In this role, you'll be essential in keeping our community grounds and facilities well-maintained and visually appealing. Responsibilities include cleaning up trash and debris, raking leaves, sweeping walkways, mowing lawns, and trimming trees and hedges. In addition, your main focus will be adding curb appeal to the community.

Landscaper Essential Functions

Maintain community assets including grounds, buildings, equipment, pools, etc.

Mow lawns and trim edges around walks, flower beds, etc.

Landscaping, including but not limited to, mowing, trimming, planting flowers, maintaining tree limbs and prune the grounds as needed

Perform minor repairs on equipment utilized in groundskeeping

Follow all OSHA standards and maintain PPE equipment

Respond to emergency calls as directed by management if applicable.

Communicateeffectivelywithteammembers, vendors,and residents.

Assist with maintenance tasks, including but not limited to delivering notices and conducting meter reads as directed by the community manager

Maintain safe winter road conditions through snow removal and de-icing when applicable

Additional duties as assigned by management and subject to change

Landscaper

Education and Experience

A valid in-state driver’s license is required
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft

Office and industry specificsoftwareproducts including the use of electronic devices, such as a work tablet or computer
OSHA certifications or completed trainings are aplus
