Pay: $15-$18 per hour
Build Better Outdoor SpacesChristian Brothers Outdoor Services is looking for a dependable Landscape Enhancement Crew Member to help install and maintain attractive, high-quality landscapes. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in the details, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Weed and maintain landscape beds
- Install mulch, decorative stone, and landscape edging
- Trim bushes and shrubs using hand and power tools
- Assist with landscape-bed installations
- Install plants, edging, mulch, and stone
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris
- Follow instructions and complete work safely and efficiently
- Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter season
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Previous landscape-maintenance experience preferred
- At least one year of experience is a plus
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical outdoor work
- Comfortable working in changing weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Competitive pay: $15–$18 per hour
