Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector
Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and conduct internal and external quality audits, including supplier audits, to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
- Oversee the inspection and testing processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators, analyze data, and report on quality trends to management.
- Provide leadership and training to the quality team and other departments on quality principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and core quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Certified Lead Auditor for relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100).
- Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
