PPAP​/ISIR Quality Inspector — Precision & Compliance

PPAP/ISIR Compliance Quality Technician Be a key quality gatekeeper  will apply our Quality Policy, Quality Manual, standard operating procedures, and job work instructions to ensure parts meet customer expectations and documentation is complete and accurate.

Role snapshot

Inspection coverage: execute first-piece, in-process, and final inspections per prints, ISIRs, and control plans.

Measurement systems: set up gaging for operators; perform and record gage calibrations.

Documentation deliverables: prepare ISIRs; create and submit complete PPAP packages per customer requirements.

Problem solving: process nonconforming material using the 8D methodology and drive actions to closure.

Stakeholder support: assist customers, vendors, operators, and supervisors with quality issues and inspection needs.

Technical literacy: interpret customer quality requirements and convert them into practical inspection checkpoints.

Special process verification: inspect parts that have undergone outside processes such as e‑coat and plating.

Impact you will have Reduce defects at the source by enabling accurate, repeatable measurement.

Accelerate issue resolution through disciplined 8D follow-up.

Strengthen customer trust with timely, correct ISIR and PPAP submissions.
