Essential Duties- Ensure bread team tasks are completed on time and to 9 Bean Rows standard operating procedures.
- Accountable for overall bread quality while on shift.
- Respsonsible for preparing and sorting bread bake for front of house, farmer's market, and wholesale teams.
- Engage team leads to communicate updates and issues.
- Follow all check lists.
- Regularly inspect the premises for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.
- At least 2 years professional kitchen experience.
- At least 2 years leavened dough experience in a commercial bakery.
- Servant leader.
- Address team member issues in the moment, give constructive feedback, and document occurrences to review with leadership teams.
