PAY RATE:

$14.00-$18.00 per hour(Non-Exempt) D.O.E

DESCRIPTION:

To ensure the bartenders have all supplies necessary to maintain smooth and efficient service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service through active engagement along with displaying a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of liquor, beer,wines, drink recipes and correct glassware
• Must learn operations of our beverage equipment: blenders, coffee makers, dishwashers, coolers, and juice machines.
• Responsible for cleaning and stocking ALL beverage areas:
• Assist in cleaning tables and countertops.
• Assist in cleaning glassware.
• Sweep and ensure the floors andsinks are kept clear of debris.
• Verify that all beer kegs, coke bibsand CO2 tanks are always kept operational.
• Understand the dish area and properuse of chemicals.
• Make certain the walk-in cooler isstocked, cleaned, and rotated to date.
• Must be able to work with little orno supervision.
• Communicating and assisting of the bartenders, servers, and security for possible intoxication of guests
• May be needed to assist with cleaning and stocking of club house bar.
• Due to the dynamic casino environment from time to time, we require employees to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management.
• To remain in compliance with Casino Regulatory policies and procedures, employees are required to attend all necessary meetings and training facilitated by Management.

• Must have a high school diploma orGED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work nights,weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of TIPS Training
• Completion of Title 31
• Must pass background checks andother pre-employment screenings.

• 1+year of experience in the sale and/or dispensing of alcoholic beverages.

• Abilityto use a dolly to transport heavy objects such as beer kegs.
• Mustbe able to stand and walk for long periods of time – up to 90% of an (8) or(10) hour-shift.
• Mustbe able to work in a loud environment.
• Abilityto adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and grooming habits.
