Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a Food & Beverage sanitation associate to support assigned stations and maintain cleanliness across kitchen, bar, and dining areas in a fast-paced on-site casino environment.
The role emphasizes teamwork with bartenders, servers, supervisors and chefs, adherence to health and safety standards, and proper handling of chemicals per MSDS; high school diploma preferred, a Level 4 Gaming License required.
