Our family has proudly served the Upper Peninsula for over 40 years — and our Houghton McDonald’s is looking for dependable, motivated leaders to help guide our crew and keep our restaurant running smoothly. Located near Michigan Tech, our restaurant serves students, families, and Huskies fans every day. As a Shift Manager, you’ll set the tone for each shift, lead by example, and make sure our guests and crew have the best experience possible.

• Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring top-quality food, service, and cleanliness
• Support, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Manager to maintain smooth transitions
• Oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant equipment and cleanliness standards
• Help meet or exceed key performance goals for your team

• Leadership and dependability — you set the tone for your team
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
