Role Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, building engaging product displays, and stock management. You will handle cash and credit transactions, and be responsible for safely selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. You should be prepared to stock shelves, exercise basic math skills, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Good communication skills and the ability to connect with peers are essential. Flexibility is important as business needs may change.
