Location: Lowe's Companies, Inc.

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe’s and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and handling transactions.
• Down‑stock merchandise and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross‑train in other store areas as needed.
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., mix paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 6 months experience using a computer (input, access, modify, output).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, sitting, and other required duties.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or 25+ lbs with accommodation.

• 6 months retail or customer service experience.
• Bi‑lingual skills.
• Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing).
