What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate revenue through partnerships while collaborating with Marketing, Planning, and Account Services teams
  • Build and leverage relationships with key contacts at major agencies and national brands
  • Provide account management to a portfolio of clients, developing and optimizing strategic account plans
  • Analyze the performance of clients' campaigns and tailor solutions based on their objectives and KPIs
  • Consult clients on maximizing results through Turner Sports properties and complementary WBD content
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least 5 years of media sales experience required
  • Strong, established relationships with key decision-makers in Detroit and the upper Midwest
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing media brand partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the Gen Z sports audience and media industry trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in linear, digital video, custom content, and league partnership sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand storytelling in a sports context

    Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and adapt to changing technologies
  • Experience managing and optimizing client campaigns
