Account Executive – ERP Solutions
Join B&L Information Systems as an Account Executive in Bridgman, MI. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) focuses on new client acquisition for Odyssey ERP, a leading software solution for foundry and die casting industries.
Position Responsibilities- Identify prospective clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Engage clients to understand business needs and present ERP solutions that address challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- 3‑5 years of solution or value‑based sales experience selling MES, ERP, or CAD/CAM solutions.
- Hunter sales skills–cold calling, qualifying, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows in foundry and metal casting operations.
- Strong computer skills and ability to demonstrate products via PowerPoint.
- Ability to build ROI models & business process mapping.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently and in a team setting.
- Requires 50% travel and ability to travel to client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
- No‑limit commission eligible; salary offers range from the minimum to the midpoint.
