Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate new sales leads through networking and outreach
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
- Present and promote a full suite of Farmers Insurance products—Auto, Home, Life, and Business
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals by executing strategic sales approaches
- Stay up-to-date on all product offerings, industry standards, and competitive trends
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Comprehensive sales training led by industry professionals
