Are you an experienced technical sales professional who enjoys working with leading manufacturers, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow business? We're partnering with an established global manufacturer of industrial robotics and automation solutions to recruit two Account Managers for its Michigan operation.

This is an opportunity to represent sophisticated engineered products used in modern automated manufacturing environments, develop relationships with major industrial customers, and contribute to the growth of an established international business.

And unlike many technical sales positions, this opportunity offers a $120K–$130K base salary plus bonus, with no commission-based compensation.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with key automotive and industrial manufacturing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted markets.
• Work with customer engineering and manufacturing teams to understand technical requirements and recommend solutions.
• Develop account strategies, sales forecasts, quotations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, quality, and customer service teams.
• Build long-term customer partnerships while supporting revenue growth and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of technical sales or account management experience.
• Background in industrial automation, robotics, automotive manufacturing, or engineered industrial products.
• Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and expanding business.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and commercial decision-makers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Willingness to travel extensively, primarily within the region, with occasional extended and international travel.

Experience with robotic systems, automation components, industrial connectivity, cable management, or engineered manufacturing solutions is particularly attractive
