The Oaks at Battle Creek is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Outreach/Assisted Living Sales Advisor to support growth across our assisted living and short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

• Assisted Living Lead Development: Connect and stay connected with past and current leads who have expressed interest in assisted living services.
• Tours & Relationship Building: Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families, showcasing the community and its services.
• Community Events: Plan and implement marketing events at the center every other month to encourage referral sources and community members to visit and tour the campus.

  Support customer service initiatives and help ensure positive first impressions throughout the community.

• Hospital Pre-Admission Screening: Perform pre-admission screenings at hospitals for short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation to support safe transitions of care.
• Hospital Account Development: Build and strengthen hospital relationships to generate referrals and admissions and increase market share year over year.
• Admissions Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Admissions Coordinator, Centralized Admissions Department (when applicable), and center team to communicate patient clinical needs, equipment requirements, admission updates, and transfer status to ensure the facility is prepared for each admission.
• Patient & Family Engagement: Meet with patients and families at the hospital bedside to answer questions and help them understand the available care options.
• Referral Source & Community Engagement: Develop and implement marketing events at the center that encourage referral sources and community members to visit and tour the campus, reinforcing The Oaks as a preferred destination for care.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a robust sales plan focused on qualified prospects, referral development, and growth across both assisted living and short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

• Minimum of two years marketing and/or Liaison experience in Senior Living, SNF, LTC, Home Health or Hospice preferred.
• Must have the ability to establish solid working relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, business administration or other healthcare related field preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
