As a Szott Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department and play a major role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Building lasting customer relationships through honesty, trust, and communication.
• Listening to customer concerns and helping identify their vehicle's service needs.
• Presenting repair recommendations and estimates clearly and confidently.
• Working closely with technicians and parts teams to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Following up with customers and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Helping achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and service department performance goals.
• Delivering the type of customer experience that keeps people coming back to Szott!

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership service systems and processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Sales-minded attitude with the ability to build customer trust.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete applicable background checks and drug screenings.
