Springer is launching an extensive exploration drilling program to build hydrogeological and geochemical baselines for the mine. The Baseline Program Coordinator will run day-to-day delivery, coordinating with the exploration team, drill crews, and the hydrogeology consultant to ensure proper water-monitoring equipment is deployed and samples reach the lab with complete chain-of-custody.
This on-site role requires strong data-management discipline, QA/QC, and clear communication across drilling
