As a Security Officer – Manufacturing EMT in Three Rivers, MI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security‑related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

This driving position allows you to contribute to a caring, people‑first culture while working as part of the agile and reliable Allied Universal team.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity, security‑related hazards, or property damage observed during patrols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide guidance related to security‑related matters.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
