We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer with leadership skills to lead our installation team. This is an opportunity for a qualified Installer to apply their technical skills, knowledge and experience to install, start-up and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems from start to finish.

Qualifications- Mature with strong work ethic.
- Ability to install HVAC systems for homes & businesses within scheduled dead-lines.
- Ability to work with home and business owners in a professional manner.
- Own HVAC tools & poses strong mechanical skills & knowledge.
- Ability to lead and manage a crew of one or more co-worker/helpers.
- Minimum of 3 Years HVAC installation experience in a residential setting required.
- EPA & A2L certifications required.
- Must be able to pass a full background check and have a clean driving record.
