Job OverviewNational Sign Erectors is hiring a skilled and adventurous Structural Steel Installer to join our field operations team. This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys traveling, and isn't afraid of heights. You'll be an integral part of our nationwide steel sign installations, working with a crew to erect and rig structural steel components safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities- Erect structural steel components at commercial job sites across the country
- Use rigging equipment to hoist and position steel beams and structures
- Perform arc welding on-site per project specifications
- Follow all job-specific safety and compliance protocols
- Work in various weather and environmental conditions
- Operate hand and power tools for cutting, aligning, and joining steel pieces
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and logistics for travel-based projects
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and instructions to execute installations
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience
- Comfortable working at heights and in all outdoor conditions
- Welding certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with rigging and crane signaling preferred
- Ability to travel nationwide on 10-14 day project runs
- Strong work ethic, team mentality, and safety-first attitude

Travel-Based
Schedule:
10-14 day runs followed by 4-5 days off
Full-Time Employment
Work LocationNationwide project travel required
