Client located in the NY Metro area is actively searching for a full-time Commercial Roofing Foreman This is an urgent requirement and client is ready to conduct immediate interviews for well-qualified candidates.
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance

The Commercial Roofing Foreman plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of field installers within their crew. They are responsible for leading a team of roofers specializing in the installation of commercial roofing products and systems with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in PC software applications including Word and Excel.
- Competent in blueprint reading and specifications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is preferred.
- Willingness to occasionally travel and work out of town.
- Availability for extended work hours when required.
- Must not have a fear of heights.
- Extensive knowledge of various roofing products and systems.
- Advanced planning skills to maximize workforce, material, and equipment productivity.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Demonstrated ability to apply common sense and fulfill written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
- Adept in representing the Company professionally and promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Prioritization abilities and a sense of urgency in task completion.
