Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician, based in Dowagiac, MI. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing repairs, routine maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure systems operate at optimal performance. The technician will also address plumbing and electrical issues related to HVAC systems, as well as ensure compliance with EPA regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
  • Exhibit professionalism and take pride in upholding the company’s values and standards.
  • Experience with plumbing and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of EPA standards and certification (if applicable).
  • Understanding of electricity and its application in HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification.
