Maintenance Technician - Ludington Area

Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, set up, and commission new production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including LOTO procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic for industrial automation.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certification for operating forklifts or aerial lift equipment.
• Experience with robotics or automated systems maintenance.
