Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We're a growing construction company serving Emmet and Charlevoix County, and we're looking for skilled carpenters to join our team ASAP. Framing, finishing, trim work, and general carpentry on residential and/or commercial projects

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately
• Collaborate with crew members and subcontractors on-site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish

• 3-5 years of carpentry or related construction experience
• Knowledge of framing, rough and finish carpentry
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
• Positive attitude — we take the work seriously, but we have fun doing it
