At Total Security Solutions (TSS), we protect people and property from physical attacks. We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer with a strong background in construction, hands‑on field leadership, and a commitment to precision craftsmanship. • Be the eyes and ears of our Install Manager on the job site—lead, mentor, and shape your crew.
• Work with an industry‑leading team where your construction expertise directly impacts customer safety and security.
• Travel up to 75% of the time, running major field installs and owning the job site on trips nationwide.

• Direct a team of up to 4 installers on‑site—setting the pace, assigning daily tasks, and enforcing OSHA safety best practices.
• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for customers and general contractors on‑site from start to finish.
• Work side‑by‑side with your crew to measure, cut, fasten barrier components, read blueprints, and operate heavy machinery, including Hi‑Los.
• Perform punch lists, inspect final fit‑and‑finish quality to satisfy the TSS Standard of Excellence, and collect sign‑offs.
• Lead daily DOT pre‑trip inspections, manage ELD hours, keep track of job site materials, and report daily progress back to management.

• 5+ years of carpentry or construction experience with a sharp eye for fit, finish, and detail.
• 2+ years of field leadership leading a construction or contracting crew.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and Hi‑Los safely (certification preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (typically up to twice per month for 5–10 days at a time).
• Strong communication skills with an ability to manage customer relationships on‑site calmly and professionally.
• Valid Chauffeur’s license with a clean driving record, working knowledge of DOT…
