AI Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering or Mathematics

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge solutions for a variety of industry verticals. A strong understanding of the latest AI/ML technologies, libraries, and industry best practices is essential, along with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

Engineering – Software & QA

• Develop Gen AI POC and solutions for industry verticals.
• Discuss solution requirements with solution architects and customer interface where necessary.
• Show initiative and drive topics to resolution in an elevated level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Recommend appropriate technologies and libraries to be used in the client-side stack.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in technology and industry best practices and identifying where they can be incorporated.

• Adept at critical thinking and logical reasoning for problem-solving.
• Be good at teamwork and delivering under pressure.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Understanding of good design principles and patterns.
• Solid appreciation of AI/ML concepts.
• Extremely dynamic and enthusiastic about technology.
• Be able to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrating a customer-focused attitude;
  Excellent communication skills (listening, presenting, writing, formal and informal).
• Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
• Hands‑on of Python, ML Algorithms and Statistics.
• Knowledge of source code maintenance and versioning tools.
• Strong in Object Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Good in debugging and analytical skills.
