• Lake Orion facility for adults and youth athletes (ages 7+). Mission: best fitness philosophy, empowering athletes to reach goals.
• Coaches implement D1 Training Lake Orion philosophy in every workout.

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention with excellent coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements to suit individual needs, teaching proper form and technique.
• Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams across all age groups.

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements best suited for each individual.
• Reduce athlete injury risk by emphasizing proper technique and movement patterns.

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one valid NCCA‑accredited certification.
• Minimum 1 year strength & conditioning‑related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
