Overview
Title: Warehouse Specialist – Inventory & Logistics (Traverse City)
Looking for more than “just a warehouse job”? Bath Works of Michigan is a fast-growing, family-owned remodeling company, and we’re hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Traverse City. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of inventory management, logistics, and construction support — with a clear path to grow your career.
Responsibilities- Manage shipping & receiving of bathroom fixtures, tools, and remodeling materials
- Track inventory, assist with cycle counts, and prevent shortages
- Stage and deliver daily job kits to keep installation crews ready
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided if needed)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety compliant
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working in a physical role
- Forklift/hi-lo experience a plus
- Reliable, safety-first mindset, team player
- Competitive pay: $17–$20/hr (DOE) + overtime opportunities
- Full-time schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Health & dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave
