Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het logistieke proces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Opstellen en controleren van transport-, export- en douanedocumenten;
- Afstemmen van transportgegevens met vervoerders, klanten en andere externe partijen;
- Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en het oplossen van eventuele klachten;
- Verwerken en actueel houden van gegevens in het warehousemanagementsysteem (WMS);
- Ontvangen van bezoekers en chauffeurs aan de balie;
- Verwerken van retourzendingen en administratieve afhandeling hiervan;
- Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse logistieke operatie met diverse administratieve werkzaamheden.
