WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR .: TRG 2131
Salary: Market related TCTC available/negotiable
Start Date:
Immediate / Negotiable
An opportunity for an experienced WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR is required for permanent employment based in Middelburg .
Duties & Responsibilities Handle all dealership warranty administration
Costing experience
Invoicing experience
Technical knowledge
Warranty and maintenance job cards
Process and review claims
Monitor and maintain warranty documents
Ensure that documents are accurate and well-maintained
Keep up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls
Organize and maintain customer and service records
Maintain good relationships with clients
Liaise with manufacturers
Negotiate deals on behalf of customers and the organization
Desired Experience & Qualification Preference will be given to mature applicants
Min 3-5 years (good track record) within the Automotive industry
Grade 12
Pinnacle program knowledge (adv)
Ability to work in a high pressure / fast-paced environment
