Archytes Overheidsprofessionals zoekt een ervaren Toezichthouder Bouw in Zeeland. Je controleert bouwprojecten op constructieve en brandveiligheid en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor aannemers en burgers binnen gemeenten en omgevingsdiensten.
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, een MBO/HBO-diploma bouwkunde of juridisch gebied en ABW-1. Een ABW-2 is gewenst. Naast rapportage en advies werk je aan handhaving en samenwerking met juristen en beleidsadviseurs.
