Bij HumanitasDMH in Middelburg werk je als begeleider in een forensisch beschermde woonvorm. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij dagelijkse taken, coördineert zorg en werkt nauw samen met ketenpartners om zo zelfstandig mogelijk deel te nemen aan de maatschappij.
Je kwaliteiten: empathie, betrouwbaarheid en het vermogen om zowel individueel gedrag als groepsdynamiek te observeren en tijdig te anticiperen. Een VOG en diploma zijn onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure.
