Leger des Heils Middelburg zoekt een Woonbegeleider die vanaf nul mee bouwt aan een gloednieuwe inloopvoorziening in Middelburg. Je werkt vanuit een warme, veilige en gastvrije omgeving waar bezoekers terechtkunnen voor een kop koffie, een luisterend oor en begeleiding bij hulpvragen.
Je begeleidt mensen met complexe sociale en psychische problematiek, voert individuele gesprekken, legt afspraken vast in een cliëntdossier en schakelt zo nodig ketenpartners in.
