What You’ll Be Doing:

· Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care

· Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure best practices

· Develop and implement individualized care plans

· Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being

· Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

· Active RN license in the state of Maryland

· CPR/BLS Certification

· Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred

· Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
