Responsibilities
  • Prescribe medication dosage, routes, and frequencies based on clients need.
  • Analyze and interpret clients’ history, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice.
  • Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses or infections.
  • Prescribe medications based on efficacy, safety, and cost as legally required to do so.
  • Inform clients about drug regimens, side effects or interactions with other substances such as food supplements, over‑the‑counter (OTC) medications, and herbal remedies.
  • Recommend interventions to modify behavior associated with health.
  • Educate clients about self‑management of acute or chronic illnesses by providing tailored instructions.
  • Understand Electronic Health Record, utilize it, and ensure records are completed based on company and licensure policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with a team of professionals to provide quality care to the client.
  • Provide weekly and monthly supervision for staff development.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the clinical team.
  • Meet with Supervisor on a weekly basis.
  • Perform clinical assessments to determine an appropriate level of care for clients via in‑person or face‑to‑face encounters.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Science of Nursing related fields.
  • Must have 3–5 years’ experience as a practicing Certified Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Certified from AANP or ANCC.
  • Current Nursing License as a Certified Nurse Practitioner.
