- McDonald’s Management Experience is required. Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous managerial experience preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule who enjoys fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of department responsibilities and ability to lead shifts, manage systems, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
- Lead shifts and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers.
- Guest Service Department manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, promotions, service procedures; organizes Front Counter, McCafé, Drive‑Thru for best service.
- Kitchen Department manager ensures food quality, speed, safety, cost control, and staff training.
- People Department manager hires, trains, schedules crew to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates crew.
This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters.
