• Direct end‑to‑end execution of barrier projects ranging from standard installations to complex, security‑driven builds
• Coordinate materials planning, labor allocation, scheduling, and on‑site operations
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, safety compliance, and quality standards
• Lead field teams and subcontractors
• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients while managing multiple active projects

• Minimum of five years of hands‑on experience managing construction projects, preferably civil, fencing, barrier, and/or guardrail work
• Proven leadership ability in fast‑moving, scaling organizations
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Working knowledge of construction software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Commitment to job‑site safety, team development, and maintaining a growth‑oriented mindset; must pass a pre‑employment drug screening
