The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, student-centered leader who fosters an inclusive culture, builds trust among all stakeholder groups, supports and retains high-quality staff, and strategically allocates resources to advance district priorities.
Through visionary leadership, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement, the successful candidate will lead Middleborough Public Schools toward sustained educational excellence and positive outcomes for all students.

November 19 School Committee members meet to review applications, and select interviewees
November 30-December 2 Semifinalist Interviews and selection of finalists
December 3 School Committee publicly announces finalists
Week of December 7 Finalist visits to Middleborough
December 10 School Committee members interview finalists and vote to appoint Superintendent
