School-Based Registered Nurse; RN; Middleboro

• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Solid clinical judgment, excellent communication, and adaptability
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to coordinate care and respond efficiently during transport or on campus

• Provide daily nursing care and supervision for a student, ensuring safety and comfort during school transport and on-site
• Monitor health needs, administer medications or treatments as prescribed, and respond promptly to health concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and communication with school staff and families
• Collaborate with educators and transportation personnel to support the students individualized care plan
• Follow all local and state regulations relevant to school nursing practices
