The Role
- Oversight of the Quality Control Team
- Testing Fresh Concrete Blocks (including their height, density, and moisture content)
- Conducting Quality Audits of Finished Goods (in plant, yard, and reseller locations)
- Logging, filing, and reporting data
- Training staff on safety procedures
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control in an industrial environment and 2 years of supervisory experience
