This is a full-time, hourly position serving the Cuyahoga County and Lorain County areas. The role focuses on the health and wellness of senior citizens. Weekend availability is required.

This position offers a pay range of $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
. Weekends pay the highest rates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to doctor’s appointments or running errands
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties
• Prepare meals and follow dietary guidelines
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Record and report changes in client’s health or behavior to appropriate parties

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
