Overview

We're looking for Dedicated and dependable caregivers to join our team in permanent positions
. Not PRN, not part-time. This role is ideal for those who are ready to work consistently and actively
, taking on Ongoing cases with flexible daily shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours
.

, so caregivers must be willing and able to Commute up to 35 minutes within that area

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Willing to travel within 35 minutes across the Westside
• Provide companionship and emotional support

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience preferred
• Preferred:
  Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof of insurance required)
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull. Lift up to 50 pounds
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality of client information
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
• Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19, Influenza, and Hepatitis B
• Ability to travel within Northeast Ohio territory, up to 60 miles from Middleburg Heights in some cases
• Must have flexible availability Monday through Friday and some weekends
