High acuity unit, mentor/charge experience required
Straight Nights 7P-7:30A EOW and Holiday, On Call per Unit Needs
BLS
Unencumbered OH RN License
LOCAL RATE: $1944/wk
ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate RN med-surg care to adult patients overnight.
Accurately monitor and document patient status and vital signs nightly.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with safety checks.
Identify and elevate clinical concerns promptly to ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in electronic health records.
Demonstrate adherence to infection control and safety protocols during night shifts.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely care plans.
Participate in daily huddles and shift handoffs with emphasis on metrics and outcomes.
Utilize standardized care plans and pipelines to forecast patient needs and resources.
Maintain a high level of accountability for personal performance and results.
Support professional development by pursuing learning opportunities and certifications.
Assist with discharge planning and patient education for improved outcomes.
