Hospital-at- RN Patient Care

Bright Star Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospital at Home in the Cleveland area. This part-time role delivers high-acuity, in-home care with 1:1 patient focus, offering flexible shifts and strong clinical leadership.

You will perform comprehensive in-home assessments, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and educate patients and families while maintaining EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance. A valid Ohio RN license and CPR are required.
